6 pork chops
2-4 apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. butter
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Place apples in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Top with pork chops; cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
1 onion, sliced
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom or
celery soup
4-6 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
Put onions and potatoes
in
bottom of crockpot. Top with chops, salt and pepper, pour soup over
chops.
Cook on low for 8 hrs. or on high for 4-5 hours.
3 lb. country style pork
ribs
sliced in sections of 2
4 tsp. fresh crushed garlic
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. BBQ sauce of your choice
3 tbs. molasses
1/2 c. dark brown sugar,
firmly
packed
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tbs. apple cider vinegar
2 tbs. liquid smoke( Hickory
Smoked)
1 tbs. lemon juice
Preheat oven to
325°F.
Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and pepper.
Combine remaining
ingredients
in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook
about 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Keep warm. Place ribs, rib
bones down, on a rack in a
shallow roasting pan. Baste with sauce.
Bake 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours,
turning and basting with sauce every 30
minutes. Cut into serving
size portions. Bring remaining sauce to a boil and serve with
ribs.
This is a very tasty and different recipe. You will not taste the vinegar at all.
4 pork chops or
pork
steaks
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. white vinegar
water
(add NO seasonings!)
Place pork chops in 10"
skillet.Pour
soy sauce and vinegar over meat. Add enough water to reach at least
half
way up on sides of meat(do not cover meat completely).
Cover and simmer about 45
mins.,turning meat about halfway through cooking time.
Uncover and let liquid
reduce
while meat darkens a little (about 5 mins.)--do not let it
cook down to the point where meat dries out.
4 pork chops
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. chicken broth
Place pork chops in
crockpot.
In a separate bowl combine soup mix and
chicken broth, stir. Pour
over chops. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
Brown pork chops
(about
6 or so)
Mix the following and
pour over chops in a casserole dish:
1 c. water
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tbs. cornstarch
salt and pepper
Bake at 350º for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
4 pork chops, about 1 1/2
inches
thick
salt and pepper -- to taste
2 tart apples, halved and
cored -- unpeeled
sugar
sour cream
Sprinkle chops with salt
and
pepper and place in a baking dish. Place one apple half, cut side down,
on each chop and sprinkle with sugar. Bake uncovered at 350 ° for
40
to 50 minutes, basting often, until
meat is browned. Thicken
juices
with sour cream before serving.
Serves 4.
6 lean center cut pork
chops,
1/2 inch thick
1 egg white
1 c.evaporated skim milk
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbs. Hot 'N Spicy
Seasoning ®(see recipe)
1/2 tsp. salt
Nonstick spray coating
Trim all fat from chops.
Beat egg white with evaporated skim milk. Place chops in milk mixture; let stand for 5 minutes, turning chops once.
Meanwhile, mix together
corn
flake crumbs, bread crumbs, Hot 'N Spicy Seasoning and salt.
Remove chops from milk
mixture.
Coat thoroughly with crumb mixture.
Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray coating. Place chops in pan; bake in 375 ° oven for 20 minutes. Turn chops; bake 15 minutes longer or till no pink remains.
Note: If desired, substitute skinless, boneless chicken, turkey pieces, or fish for pork chops and bake for 20 minutes.

1 lg. sweet onion, chopped
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) cream
of mushroom soup
2/3 c. peanut butter, creamy
style
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash pepper
dash seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
Brown pork chops in
peanut
oil in a skillet.
Place onions in the skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour them over the onions and pork
chops.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
