Luwelling S. Mooring applied in Montgomery County for land 
grant.  He stated that he arrived in Republic in December 
1841.  Single man, applies for 320 acres.   
Dated 4-7-1845.
Surveyed 11-12-1846 in Goliad.  Borders on San Antonio 
River.  Later sold land, apparently.
