Dear Friends,

With only two major gatherings a year, one in March and another in October, the Hungarian community of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is left with few ways to stay in touch. This is why the "Metroplex Hungarian Directory" was proposed. The directory would contain the contact information for all of the participants. An updated version of the directory would be issued each year. All contact information changes will be received at "magyarszo@hotmail.com" or via mail. We ask that if there are any changes to report, that we be informed as soon as possible so the directory can be as accurate as possible. Being listed it the directory will be free of charge. All those who wish to be listed must provide us with at least the minimum contact information, including their name(s) and address(es). Those wishing to be listed must also sign and submit the attached proxy. The directory will be available through the Club and will cost only $5. We are also presenting the opportunity for Hungarians to advertise their businesses in the directory. The directory will be 5.5 x 8.5 inches. The two formats for advertisements will be full page and half page. The full page advertisements will cost $50 and the half page will be $30. It would be appreciated if the advertisements and the attached listing form were submitted to the club as soon as possible.

Sincerely Yours,

Ágnes Csiffáry
President, Metroplex Hungarian Cultural Circle
