Many solutions that reduce to three pieces are possible.  Here is one, listing the pieces to be moved and the pieces thereby captured:

6. e6-d5 xc2
7. e3-d3 xf3, xf5
8. b4-b5 xd3
9. a1-b2 xe5
10. e4-e5 xb2
11. a3-b2 xe5
12. d5-e5 xb2
13. b3-b2 xe5
