ORDERING -

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are shipped FOB from shipping point. Items under 70lbs.are shipped FedEx Ground, Federal Express or Priority Mail. To estimate ground shipping and handling charges use the following figures. Ground shipping charges on most orders are $1.00 - $249.99 = 10%, $250.00 - $499.00 = 8% and $500.00 and more = 5%.

There is a minimum shipping & handling charge of $5.00 on all orders.

Products too large to ship FedEx will be shipped via Truck freight and must be shipped to a business address (Call for specific charges).

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped UPS Blue Label or Federal Express (2nd business day). International orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds drawn on an U.S. Bank or wire transfer (add $15.00 for wire transfer fee). Shipment to APO's and FPO's must be prepaid and are sent parcel post with a maximum length and girth of 108 inches or 70 pounds total weight. ALL shipments, which are refused, are subject to a $25.00 processing charge.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for order processing and delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS -

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to and when packed. If any discrepancies are found with your order we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery while in the presence of the freight company personnel. All damage claims are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be resolved with the Freight Company and NOT Motion Dynamics.

BACK ORDERS -

All back orders are held and shipped as soon as the product becomes available, otherwise call to make other arrangements.

WARRANTY -

Due to the nature of the products sold by Motion Dynamics they carry no warranty. The manufacturer warrant some products, and all claims must be made directly to the manufacturer NOT to Motion Dynamics. 

PRICING -

Motion Dynamics reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.

RETURNS -

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted without advanced approval of Motion Dynamics. Approved returns must be in perfect 'NEW' condition with original, undamaged packaging and include a copy of the original receipt. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds on shipping charges.

No refunds on electrical/electronic parts.
