Acquisition Solutions's diffusion pump system for the HP 5970 can replace a failing turbo pump and its controller for half the cost of a new turbo pump. This replacement package includes the diffusion pump, the diffusion pump controller, the vacuum gauge and all necessary hardware and cables to interface to a mass spectrometer.
The system is designed to work specifically with HP 5970B.
