This family of low cost active vacuum gauge combines gauge head and controller in one small package

This family of low cost active vacuum gauge combines gauge head and controller in one small package. The controller is assembled with the robust 531 vacuum tube from Varian. The active gauge requires a single power supply. The pressure reading can be monitored with a basic voltmeter or a more complex acquisition system (DACQ).

Two versions are currently available:

Instrument developers will surely appreciate the value of this product.
The on-board 24 bit ADC with SPI link makes interface to a micro controller an easy, low noise and low cost solution.
Pressure range from 1 to 10-3 Torr.
The device is powered with 5 V - 150 mA .
The assembly is about 2"x1.5"x1"
Output Signal : Analog / SPI

Low cost source.
