This is the famous "Surgeon's Photograph." It was snapped in 1934 by Dr. R. K. Wilson, a gynaecologist. Wilson died in Australia in 1969 never having claimed to have photographed Nessie. He claimed only to have taken a photo of an object moving in Loch Ness.
