611T Wheel Alignment
System WindowsTM -based WinAlign® HD Software and Series 300T Cordless Sensors for Trucks and Buses Make Alignment as Easy as 1, 2, 3 Hunter's 611T uses a powerful computer, Microsoft® Windows and exclusive WinAlign® HD to deliver alignment features specifically for Heavy Duty truck, trailer and bus applications. Features Widest Scope of Application - Supports 33 heavy duty axle configurations and dozens of truck/trailer, bus and dolly manufacturer configurations. Sensors are accurate to 600 inches! After selecting a configuration, on-screen, step-by-step instructions for sensor placement, measurement and adjustment are provided. Heavy Duty Vehicle Specifications Database WinAlign® HD software contains a database of O.E.M. specifications as supplied by major heavy duty vehicle manufacturers. Wireless/Cordless Alignment; "No Strings Attached!" No Toe Lines or "Strings" DSP 300T Sensors electronically measure camber, caster, S.A.I. and front and rear toe. Cordless Sensors (optional) High Frequency Spread Spectrum transmitters in sensors send data to the console. Cables are no longer necessary between the sensors and console. WinAlign®HD Simplifies Heavy Duty Alignment Vehicle Specification Database
Select the vehicle type from the on-screen list and the aligner provides
the O.E.M. alignment specifications. WinAlign® HD software compares
the truck's current alignment measurements with the specifications and
then shows the technician the adjustments needed. Automatically Calculates the correction for the technician. As the adjustment is made, the arrow moves across the bar graph target guiding the technician. When the adjustment comes within specification the bar graph changes from red to green. Displays Measurements The aligner displays color coded camber, toe and thrustline measurements after compensation. Caster, S.A.I. and I.A. are displayed following caster steer. Green means the adjustment is within O.E.M. specifications; Yellow means it is marginally within; and Red means it is out. Measures and Displays Frame Offset Angle allowing the technician to make appropriate corrections. Calculates and allows adjustments to frame centerline. Trailer Alignment Gauge (optional) mounts sensors to the trailer kingpin. Trailer wheels are adjusted to centerline. Before and after alignment results can be printed. Color printer standard. DSP306T Sensors DSP306T sensors use a Digital Signal Processor to process data at the sensor, speeding the display of alignment information by the console. Rugged Design - Integrated electronic components enhance reliability Hard shell cover is made of the same "bullet proof" material used in F16canopies Impact prone areas are protected by strategically placed integral bumpers Self-Centering Adapters - Sensor centers itself and remains centered as technician clamps adaptor to the rim (18" to 24" diameter capacity).Optional Rim Stud Extension (20-823-1) and Hub Adaptors (175-218-1) are available for specialty and hard-to-mount wheels. Cordless(1) Sensors are faster to set
up and easier to use...
No Cables Between Sensors and Console - High Frequency, Spread Spectrum transmitter in each sensor sends data to the console. Signal is virtually uninterruptible even by solid objects. Low-cost lead acid batteries provide approximately 8-hours of operation. Docking Station recharges sensors between jobs. No Toe Lines or "Strings" Between Sensors - Optical infrared emitter/CCD's read cross-toe, front-to-rear toe and wheelbase/trackwidth Solid state digital inclination transducers measure caster, camber and S.A.I.
