Ordinance and Policy
The City has a Sub-division
Ordinance and a
Zoning
Ordinance which address all aspects of building in the City. Also,
the City has adopted the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Plumbing Code
as the building codes of record. Call City Hall for the latest information
on all codes and ordinances.
The City of Aledo operates the water and waste water utilities here
according to written policy. Here is the City
of Aledo Water Policy for your reference. This on-line reference edition
has been checked for accuracy, but it does not take the place of the official
hard copy available at City Hall.
Area Attractions
Many of the tourists flocking to Aledo during the summer ask about attractions
in some of the suburban communities ... like Weatherford and Fort Worth
