* Deposits are non-refundable unless (1) I fail to produce the animals in the case of eggs or (2) the animals being held for you die in my care while I am waiting to deliver.

* Please contact me to arrange shipping. Shipping IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of the animals, and generally runs $40 extra. It is illegal to ship snakes via the post office. Shipping is generally NOT available during July and August due to extreme temperatures in Texas.

* 10 day guarantee: animals are guaranteed healthy and feeding (unless otherwise specified) when I ship. If the animal dies within ten days, send me a picture of the dead animal (to verify that it is indeed dead), and I will either reimburse your $$$ or replace the animal. If there is any problem within the 10 day period, you must contact me! In other words, after 10 days, I may start spending the money you paid for the animal, and this protects me (so I don't have to reimburse money I've already spent).

* It is up to you to verify that all animals are properly sexed within the 10 days guaranteed above! If you find out you bought the wrong sex a year after purchase, I will not refund your purchase.

* Note: Some baby Lampropeltis often require scenting of the mice with lizard smell. I use the Texas Earless Lizard (Cophosaurus texanus) as my primary scent source. Anyone purchasing any of these animals is expected to understand the sometimes difficult process of converting animals feeding on scented pinks to unscented. Sometimes, a snake will take unscented for a few meals, then refuse to eat even scented pinks (I had an alterna one year that started on unscented pinks, then refused everything but live Mediterranean Geckos for several months before I was able to get him switched back to scenteds and, finally, to unscenteds).
