Welcome
to the web site of Craigmour Shelties, and Anita Paull, located in southeastern
Michigan. I have wanted to do a generation display for a long time,
therefore it is designed in that format.
I very much believe in the versatile Sheltie, and have from the beginning of my involvement in showing dogs. Shelties should have titles at both ends of their names, and I strongly support the VC/VCX ASSA program.
The true purpose of this display is to show that it is not necessary to have lots of dogs, nor to have many litters. I breed rarely, and only when I want to keep something. I have done a few litters with a co-breeder, but normally I personally only have a litter every two to five years. All of my stock is checked for hereditary defects. I have also been VERY lucky. I currently have three dogs, which are three generations, ranging in age from eight to three years of age.
I have been a member of the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Greater Detroit since 1976, and a member of the American Shetland Sheepdog Association since 1987. I am also a member of Ann Arbor Dog Training Club.
