Materials available in the CHIP-B On-Line™ service are protected by copyright law. Copyright © 1992-2007, The Benchmarking Network, Inc. All rights reserved.

CHIP-B ON-LINE™ hereby grants members of the CHIP-B ON-LINE™ service permission to utilize and view materials available in the CHIP-B ON-LINE™ service. While no pecuniary compensation is required in consideration of this permission, CHIP-B ON-LINE™ service does not allow for the dissemination of materials beyond the group or to third parties that are not members of CHIP-B™.

No part of the materials available in the CHIP-B ON-LINE™ may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of CHIP-B ON-LINE™. Any other reproduction in any form without the permission of CHIP-B ON-LINE™ is prohibited. Distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Member agrees to indemnify CHIP-B On-Line™ against liability for any and all use of the service.

WARRANTY

CHIP-B On-Line™ assumes no liability and makes no warranties for the information in its on-line service, without limitation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE USE

CHIP-B On-Line™ has the right to refuse use to anyone, without reason, at any time and without notice.

WHO MAY APPLY FOR USE

Applications for CHIP-B On-Line™ shall be made on the form provided in paper or on-line formats. CHIP-B™ shall retain the right of acceptance/rejection of any application based on the stated agreements and/or the judgment of the administrator.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

CHIP-B On-Line™ may make changes to services or cancel the service or suspend free users and begin to charge fees for its use at any time by providing notice in this license agreement.
