overview of our shipping policies and explains what you can expect from Arizona Animals
and Supplies.
General Information
Arizona Animals and Supplies ships Air
Cargo, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service. Air Cargo shipments
depart from Tucson International Airport in Tucson, Arizona. UPS and FedEX shipments are
tracked via the World Wide Web. Shipping maybe delayed due to weather conditions. Shipping
by airlines now requires the buyer to make all shipping arrangements. Please check with
the Airlines. We ship live animals only on Mondays or Tuesdays, products and eggs are
shipped Mondays or Thursday.
Guarantee
Arizona Animals and Supplies is not liable
for any type of avian or aquatic diseases and/or conditions not visible at the time of
purchase or shipping. We are not responsible for veterinarian expenses incurred after
purchase.
Stock Purchase:
We guarantee live arrival of stock
purchases. Should loss occur on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours and the loss
must be verified by the shipping agent, an airlines report for Air Cargo shipments. If you
fail to notify us within 24 hours, or fail to submit an agent's verification of loss or an
airlines report, you will forfeit credit. Disputes are settled in the State of Arizona,
County of Pima.
Postal Service, United Parcel Service,
Federal Express shipments are at the customer's risk and no guarantee is given
Hand Picked:
There are no guarantees on any hand picked
birds or fish. There are no other guarantees expressed, implied or intended.
Payment and Shipping Terms
No C.O.D. shipments. Payment must be made
by Money Order, Certified Cashier's Check or PayPal only. Freight charges are collect.
Other state regulations are full responsibility of receiving party.
