Elzie Franklin "Frank" Jennings,
61, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 16th, 2006 in Houston, Texas.
He was born on September 1st, 1944 in Bokhoma, Oklahoma to Roxie Annie Horn and
Ernest Ray Jennings.
Frank served in the United States Navy and received an Honorable Discharge.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Jennings; 2 sons: Shane Jennings & wife Melinda and
Michael Jennings & wife Melissa; 4 grandchildren: Stacey Jennings, Conner Jennings,
Ronnie Jennings, and Logan Jennings; 2 brothers: Kenneth Jennings & wife JoAnne and
Doyle Jennings; sister Floella Ray; numerous nieces & nephews; as well as other
family and friends.
A Memorial Service was held on Monday, March 20th, 2006, at 1:00 P.M. in the VA Chapel
at the Houston National
Cemetery with Richard Jennings officiating.
Frank loved his family dearly and was a great Papa. He will be missed by all who
knew and loved him.
