When I must leave you for a little while,please do not grieve and shed wild tears

Ethel Rebecca Allen McCoy,
103, passed away in Spring, Texas on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2006.
She was born on June 3rd, 1902 in Colorado City, Texas to Ada Ann Graham and John Benton Allen.
Ethel was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Vernon S. McCoy, son Sam Allen McCoy, son
Ralph V. McCoy, both parents, 2 sisters, and 4 brothers.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia Carolyn Durham; brother Chester Allen; 2 grandsons:
Marvin Lester Wright, Jr. and Jerry "Ralph" McCoy; granddaughter Carolyn Jean Holiman;
13 great-grandchildren: Rebecca Carolyn Holiman, Bethany Ruth Bailey, Troy Lee Holiman, III,
Anthony Troy Holiman, Rebekah Gayle Fong, Elisabeth Marie Wright, Leah Patricia Wright,
Anna Carol Wright, Timothy Graeme Wright, Samuel Allen Wright, Thomas Jordan Wright,
Wendy Larson, Sandy Tillis and 3 more on the way; 13 great-great-grandchildren; as well
as many other relatives and friends
Funeral Services were held on Friday, February 24th, 2006, at 12:00 P.M.
at
Spring Baptist Church located at 1027 Spring Cypress Road in Spring, Texas.
Interment was at Grand View Memorial Park in Pasadena, Texas.
Ethel will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
