Frankie Lee Dowell, 63, passed away on Sunday, April 30th, 2006 in Humble, Texas. He was born on July 25th, 1942 in Jefferson, Texas and joined the Army in 1958.

Frankie was preceded in death by his parents Huelean & Bozie Dowell and is survived by his wife of 28 years Jo Ann Dowell; 5 children: Teron Dowell, Diana Lynn Dowell, Tanya Dowell, Tonya M. Anderson, and David Dowell; 10 brothers & sisters: George Bailey, Booker T. Law, Ernestine Walker, Evaline Law, Thomas Law, Sallie Mae Collins, Dorothy Rae Erving, Eula V. Scott, Pamela Dowell, and Linda Law; close family friend Robert Oehlers; and many other relatives & friends.

Memorial Services with Military Honors rendered by the V.F.W. District #4 Ceremonial Detail were held at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 9th, 2006 at the Houston National Cemetery Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas.

Frankie will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
