June Edwards,
78, passed away in Magnolia, Texas on Friday, August 4th, 2006.
She was born on May 28th, 1928 in Parris Island, South Carolina to Eva Smith and Aubrey Evander Edwards.
June received an Honorable Discharge in 1951 after serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
She is survived by 3 sisters: Audrey Delaney, Joyce E. Engel & husband Bruce, and Eve Heavner; 5
nieces and nephews: Johnny Delaney, Jr., Jan Delaney, Terri Golas & husband Steve, Thomas Engel
& wife Cherlyn, Tim Heavner & wife Rena; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Interment was at the
Houston
National Cemetery.
June will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
