Orville "Jingles" Mitchell, III, 59, passed away in Houston, Texas on Friday, June 16th, 2006. He was born on February 21st, 1947 in Houston, Texas.
Always with a smile on his face, Jingles made friends easily. He was known for his lifestyle, jokes and many related stories. Riding motorcycles was Jingles' life - especially his Panheads. He was brought up around motorcycles from birth; with his Grandfather Ferguson being a Houston motorcycle police officer in the early 1900's.
Jingles leaves behind his wife of 17 years, Jennifer "Skunk" Tingay; his sister, Kitty Hammons; his brother, Bobby Mitchell; and 6 children: Bryan, Chris, Lee Jr., Stefanie, Wendy, and Troy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 21st, 2006, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Funeral Service at 6:00 P.M. at Aldine Funeral Chapel. Jingles was feared by some; but loved and respected by many. He will be surely missed.... Now "Riding In The Wind".
