Robert Wayne Anderson, 65, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 12th, 2006 in Houston, Texas. He was born on March 4th, 1941 in Richmond, Virginia and was the son of the late William Arthur Anderson and the late Genevieve Anderson Layne. He was the proud father of 2 sons: Christian and Kenneth Anderson. Also surviving are 3 brothers: W. Bradley Anderson and wife Carol of Maryland, David Rudd Anderson and wife Marsha of Glen Allen, Virginia, and Richard Arthur Anderson (Dick) and wife Rachel of Ruther Glen, Virginia. Bob is also survived by many close and devoted friends that have shared his life in recent years. Bob attended Richmond Professional institute, now V.C.U., and was proprietor of Bob Anderson Interiors, which he operated for over forty years. He was active in his church, as well as civic and voluntary work. Bob enjoyed cooking and entertaining his family and friends. His passion of music and playing the piano was one he loved. Bob had understanding of the young and respect for the elderly, loving each and willing to reach out and help. He will be interred in a family plot at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Richmond, Virginia.
