El Señor es mi pastor; nada de falta, en verdes pastos él me hace reposar y adonde brota agua fresca me conduce. Fortalece mi alma, por el camino del buen me dirige por amor de su Nombre. Aunque pase por quebradas muy oscuras no temo ningún mal, porque tü estás conmigo, tu bastón y tu vara me protegen. Me sirves a la mesa frente a mis adversarios, con aceites tú perfumas mi cabeza y rellanas mi copa. Me acompañan tu bondad y tu favor mientras dura mi vida, mi mansión será la casa del Señor por largo, largo tiempo. --- (El Salmo Veinte-Tres)

He was born on December 13, 1922 in Mexico to Demetria De Paz and Esteban Perez.
Viewing was on on Wednesday, June 21st, 2006 from 10:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Burial will be in Bejucos, Mexico.
Silvestre will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
