Wesley Roy Blanks, 60, passed away on Monday, October 23rd, 2006 in Houston, Texas. He was born on August 21st, 1946 in Memphis, Texas. Wes was preceded in death by both parents: Dorothy Mae & Joe Reed Blanks. He is survived by 3 children: Shawn Blanks & wife Phay, Andy Tillman & wife Cindy, and Carri Ann Fonseca; 2 sisters: Pat Walker & husband Dan and Lue Benton & husband Gene; 9 grandchildren: Troy Barrow-Blanks, Devin Tillman, Dillon Tillman, Zoe Tillman, Heather Garibay, Ray-Ray Fonseca, Johnathan Fonseca, Joshua Fonseca, and Savanah Fonseca; as well as many, many friends. Wes will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
