Isaac Cisneros, 81, passed away on Friday, May 4th, 2007, in Houston, Texas. He was born on June 4th, 1925 in Rosenberg, Texas. Isaac served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and received an Honorable Discharge for his service in February 1946. He was a communications engineer and retired from Houston Lighting and Power in 1990. Isaac is survived by 3 children: Madelaine Baird & husband William B., Laurette Cisneros, and David Cisneros; step-son Harold Noel Frazier Cisneros; 2 grandchildren: William T. Baird and Carey Noel Cisneros; 2 sisters: Guadalupe Olmos and Jane Wise; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation was from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 7th, 2007 at Aldine Funeral Chapel. A Funeral Service was held at 6:30 P.M. on Monday, May 7th, 2007, with Chaplain Joe Valdivia officiating. Military Honor Services were held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 8th, 2007, in the VA Chapel at the Houston National Cemetery located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas, phone 281-447-8686. Isaac will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
