Judith Rawson Harris, surrounded by her friends and family, gracefully left the stage on Sunday morning, March 2nd, 2008.

Judy was born June 4th 1953 in Rosenberg, Texas. She brought joy to those around her growing up in San Marcos, and was appropriately voted Head Cheerleader for San Marcos High School. After high school, Judy attended Southwest Texas State University and was a member of the Strutter team. Judy made her home in Houston in 1974.

Above all, Judy loved to laugh, and had a knack of bringing out the laughter in those around her, both in good times and bad. She traveled extensively throughout Europe, Canada, Central and South America, as well as made many trips in the US (both by car and on her Harley). She was a giving, loving mother to her two sons, a wonder daughter to her parents, the best sister one could hope for, a loyal friend to her friends and will be missed.

She was preceded in passing by her husband Timothy Harris and her parents, Jack and Joan Rawson, and survived by her sons Seph and Shad Harris, her beautiful sisters Roxanne Horelica, Ginger Neal, and Claire Rawson and her brothers Taylor Rawson and Jeffery Rawson. She also leaves behind her loving nieces Madison ("Maddie") Kjorlein and Lexington ("Lexie") Kjorlein, her nephews, Chance Kelly, Matthew Rawson, Kevin Neal and Dustin DeMasters. She will be missed by her family, friends as well as her many mutual friends of Bill W.
