Mary Delaine Stewart, 68 passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2008, in The Woodlands, Texas. She was born on April 13th, 1939 in Webb City, Missouri to Lois Gardner and Walter Gribben.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Merle La Jennesse (4/23/1937- 2/21/1979); son Dwight Wilson; and parents Lois & Walter Gribben. She is survived by 4 children: Kathi Henderson & husband Ted of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, Gary La Jennesse & wife Bertha of Anacoco, Louisiana, Kim Jaquez & husband Joe of Uvalde, Texas, and Karen Tumpaugh & husband Tracy of Spring, Texas; 13 grandchildren: Amy, Kristi, Patti, Kayann, Cycilia, Melissa, Cynthia, Jazmin, Marc, Amanda, Mary, Kylee, and Karrisa; and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services were held on Thursday, March 20th, 2008, at 11:00 A.M. at Northwest Nazarene Church located at 6819 Louetta Road in Spring, Texas, phone #281-370-4026. Mary will be laid to rest with her husband in Section B, Space 4230 during a private interment at the Houston National Cemetery located at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas, phone 281-447-8686.
Mary will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
