Albert Sidney Aylor

Albert Sidney Aylor, 82, passed away in Houston, Texas on Saturday, June 25th, 2005. He was born on January 16th, 1923 in Alvin, Texas to Theresa & Fred Aylor. Albert served in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a tail-gunner during World War II and received an Honorable Discharge in 1945. He was a loyal member of Amvets Post #2 in Houston, Texas for the past 17 years. Albert was preceded in death by both parents and 5 siblings: Fred Lee Aylor, Jr., Bertha Newman, Walter Aylor, Bud Aylor, and Howard Aylor. He is survived by 3 daughters: Evette Fox & husband Ellroy, Tandy Aylor & husband Kenneth Parker, and Serena W. Hamm; 5 grandchildren: Scotty Fox & wife Sherrie, Taylor Fox, Jared Aylor, Ondraya Aylor-Parker, and Lance Hamm; great-grandson: Christopher Fox; sister Marjorie Jane Hayes; numerous nieces & nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends. Memorial Services are pending and will be scheduled soon. Albert will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
