Albert "Al" William Horn, Sr.
63, formerly of Houghton Lake, Michigan,
passed from his loving wife's arms into eternal peace in Houston, Texas on Saturday, August 6th, 2005, after a long, hard battle with cancer.
Al was born on September 11th, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his devoted dog, "Blue" [9/12/1997 - 7/28/2005]; son Michael Klecha; father Albert J. Horn; and brother Richard Horn.
Al is survived by his wife of 32 years Louise Horn of Houston, Texas; 2 sons; 3 daughters; 23 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; special aunt Lillian DeMay, her 4 children & family; and mother & step-father, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Smith of Higgins Lake, Michigan; numerous nieces & nephews; as well as many other relatives & friends.
Al has touched both family and friends throughout his life.
Cremation arrangements were made in Houston, Texas and were followed by a Memorial Service
on September 9th, 2005 at Denton Township Cemetery in Prudenville, Michigan.

Well-known for his laughter, friendship, love of animals and barbequing, Al will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
