Charles "Chuck" Vernon Halvorson,
63, passed away in Houston, Texas on Monday, October 24th, 2005.
He was born on June 12th, 1942 in St. Paul, Minnesota and was raised on the west side.
Chuck served in U.S. Air Force and retired from the military in 1988.
He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon Harold Halvorson and Mary Antoinette Devlin.
Chuck is survived by 3 children: Dawn Moon, Erica Zikas, and Bart Clabaugh; 6 grandchildren;
3 brothers: Hank Halvorson & wife Gale, Rich Halvorson & wife Bernie, and Bob Halvorson
& wife Pam; 2 sisters: Mary Johnson & husband Dale and Margaret Johnson & husband Bob;
many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Mass will be said at at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 29th, 2005, at the
Church of St. Therese located at
18323 Minnetonka Boulevard in Deephaven, Minnesota with lunch to follow.
