Joel Ray Horne, born October 20th, 1962, passed away on Saturday, December 3rd, 2005. A former resident of Vidor, Joel lived at Crystal Beach where he was a devoted Firefighter and EMT. He leaves behind his loving wife Robbi Horne; brother Joe & wife Joann Horne of MO; bother Greg Horne of Hawaii; brother Donald Heller of Temple; sister Cindy Horne of Lumberton; step-daughter Tanya Thomas & grandchildren Gabriel & Alexia Thomas and Kiralynn Sandoval. Also, his loving aunt Lois Dvorsky and brother Frank & wife Amber Stone of Vidor. Joel has joined his parents Joe & Ann Horne in Heaven.
