Rose Marie England, 68, passed away in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, October 18th, 2005. She was born on July 25th, 1937 in Covington, Kentucky to Viola C. Russell and Fredric T. England. Rose was preceded in death by both parents; children: Billy Jones, Wally Cain, Florence Bass, Charles Bass, Gloria Bass, and Richard Shields; granddaughter Angel Buchanon; as well as several brothers & sisters. She is survived by daughters: Terry Jones, Rose Ann Day, Pat Schifani & husband Don; sons: Mikel Shields & wife Betty and Jesse Barfield; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, and sisters; her special dog "Baby"; and many other relatives and friends. Calling hours were from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. on Friday, October 21st, 2005, at Aldine Funeral Chapel with a Funeral Service at 3:00 P.M. immediately following the viewing with Rev. Charles Akins offciating. Rose will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
