Cremation Prices

NOTE --- Crematory Fees will be added to each package listed below. Currently, the charge for adults under 250 pounds at Rosewood Crematory is $195.00. Click HERE for extended crematory pricing information.

The following prices provide for a one-time transportation to the funeral home. If an autopsy is required to determine the cause of death or requested by family or friends, additional transportation fees may apply. In certain cases, there may also be additional transportation fees for donations. However, many times the organization coordinating the donation will pay for any additional fees incurred.

No Viewing or Services with the physical body present:

• Direct Cremation - $ 630.00 PLUS CREMATION CASKET or ALTERNATIVE CONTAINER

  This package includes all funeral home staff, facility, and equipment charges EXCEPT casket or alternative container involved when a death occurs from the time a person is picked up until the Cremains are returned. There is no viewing or service at the funeral home after the decedent is moved from the place of death.

  The charge for a cremation casket or other alternative container (ie - deluxe wood-base or oversize) WILL BE ADDED to this package charge.

No Viewing or Services with the physical body present:

• Direct Cremation - $ 1,075.00 INCLUDES BASIC CREMATION CASKET ("SALEM")

  This package includes all funeral home charges involved when a death occurs from the time a person is picked up until the Cremains are returned. There is no viewing or service at the funeral home after the decedent is moved from the place of death.

  If desired, private family viewing can be added to this package.

  
  

No Viewing or Services with the physical body present:

• Direct Cremation - $ 680.00 INCLUDES ALTERNATIVE CONTAINER

  This package includes all funeral home charges involved when a death occurs from the time a person is picked up until the Cremains are returned. There is no viewing or service at the funeral home after the decedent is moved from the place of death.

  If desired, private family viewing can be added to this package.

  
  

Viewing or Services with the physical body present:

• Visitation Cremation with Public Viewing - $ 1,775.00

  This package includes embalming and a scheduled 3-hour public viewing (additional hours may be scheduled) with Rental casket (other cremation caskets available) at the funeral home. This does not include a service at the funeral home.

  If desired, scheduled services can be added to this package.

  
  
• Cremation with Public Viewing (1 hour) Service - $ 1,850.00

  This package includes embalming, a funeral service at Aldine Funeral Chapel prior to the cremation, one hour's viewing immediately prior to the service on the same day (additional hours may be scheduled) with Rental casket (other cremation caskets available).

  If desired, visitation/viewing the day/night before can be added to this package.

• Cremation with Public Viewing (2 hours) Service - $ 1,950.00

  This package includes embalming, a funeral service at Aldine Funeral Chapel prior to the cremation, one hour's viewing immediately prior to the service, and one additional hour immediately after the service on the same day (additional hours may be scheduled) with Rental casket (other cremation caskets available).

  If desired, visitation/viewing the day/night before can be added to this package.
