Direct Cremation with Standard Cremation Container



Our Special Program includes:

  • Transportation of the decedent to the funeral home within Harris County
  • Minimal preparation for the crematorium
  • Standard Cremation Container
  • Processing of all permits and paperwork in Harris County
  • Preparation & filing of Death Certificate in Harris County
  • Securing of certified copies of Death Certificate, if any, ordered by family
  • Preparation of travel documents and/or affidavits if needed by family for commercial air travel
  • Normal daily refrigeration charges
  • Online Obituary with photo(s)
  • Transportation to Houston-area crematory
  • Return of Cremains to the funeral home for final disposition arrangements
  • Utility Box for Cremains (when a permament urn is not selected)
  • All associated services of Funeral Director & Staff
  • Office assistance for filing of Insurance, Social Security and VA Benefits for decedent when applicable.

Total Funeral Home Charges --- $680.00

The crematory's fee will also be ADDED to the above funeral home charges. This fee is currently $195.00 for adults who weigh less than 250 pounds.

First certified copy of the death certificate (minimum required to be ordered at the time of filing) will also be ADDED to the above funeral home charges. This fee is currently $21.00 in the State of Texas.

Total Minimun (All Required Charges) --- $896.00


NOTES: 1) Additional fee(s)/requirement(s) may be incurred for decedents weighing over 250 pounds or if decedent exceeds container dimensions. 2) Crematory fee(s) are NOT included in the above listed charges. Such fee(s) will be added to the total cost of cremation service selected. 3) Cremains in a utility urn can be forwarded within the continental United States via USPS Registered Mail for $50.00 (fee for local courier or shipping of display urns may be higher). 4) Overnight delivery service for documents is $40.00 (one way).
