1. Our current catalogs (color decal books) are available and contain most of the designs which we market. The color catalogs show you at least one of the designs which are on each individual sheet. In some cases there are other designs or the same design in different sizes on the same sheet. When ordering decals be sure to specify the catalog number series, the page, the decal number, decal size, (size 1, 2; size A, B; size -150, 130, 100, etc. (no need to provide the inches unless you so desire since the decal size refers to the particle inch size) , decal description, number of sheets you want of each size, total sheets you are ordering. Please note: If you are ordering a decal which you can not find in our catalogs, please so note such and provide all possible description, etc. to help us in cross referencing.
2. We market one of the largest selection of decals available within the United States. These include those in our catalogs and those of various importers, manufactories, suppliers, which are listed in the following referenced decal catalogs, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly published ceramic related publications such as Ceramic world, Popular Ceramics, Ceramics Arts & Crafts, Ceramics magazines. etc. You may order directly from each individual company or order from us. When ordering from us you may mix or match between all those designs of the various companies and obtain the best discount without purchasing each companies minimum. Our minimum to obtain a discount is eight (8) sheets mix or match. These eight (8) sheets can be designs of mixed size sheets, mixed designs, mixed companies decal products. Orders for less than eight (8) sheets require an additional $2.50 handling charge. Orders for less than 6 sheets is at retail without any additional discount. Your best overall quantity choice when ordering small amounts is to order twelve (12) sheets.
3. Our current Decal Catalogs and prices are as listed in subparagraphs a. through e. below. Any of these catalogs may be purchased singly or as a combination set. The most common and best combination set is O-10, V-98/99, & ESP-XIII-Sup which is $25.00 plus $3.95 shipping and handling. S&H is adjusted down when catalogs are ordered and shipped with the decal order. Catalogs (prepaid) may be shipped to a P.O. box. Decals or a mix of catalogs and decals are shipped via UPS to a non-P.O. box address. Catalogs must be prepaid when shipped alone. Decal orders may be prepaid or shipped COD. We accept selected major credit cards, selected business and personal checks, money orders, bank drafts, travelers checks. Catalog sales within or shipped within the state of Texas require 7.75% sales tax unless purchased in bulk for resale. Resale certificate's (completed in full and signed) are required to be on file with us prior to shipment of your order if you are purchasing for resale and do not desire to pay the sales tax. Normally these are sent with customers orders at no additional charge. When ordered specifically without a decal or catalog order, there will be a small charge to cover cost of production
4. Our published discounts use an established retail (list) price as the base. These discounts are as follows based on quantity of sheets purchased.
a. 1-5 sheets: Retail; 6-11 sheets: 35%; 12-24 sheets: 45%; 25-49 sheets: 52.5%; 50-99 sheets: 55%; 100 sheets 56%. Additional or greater discounts may be obtained by firm established commitments between this company and the purchaser. No other implied or suggested discounts are valid and should not be considered so by either party.
b. discounts are subject to change at the discretion of Edwards Supply without prior notification.
c. Decal prices are subject to change without prior notification.and mailing.
5. We do not publish a set individual decal price list. Although decal prices do not vary very much or very often, they do change back and forth a few cents at times due to cost factors. Most designs are from Europe where currency tends to change a little in value from time to time. We do include with our catalog package a price guide which can be very helpful to you in determining the price of individual decal design sheets. We only sell by the sheet. Some sheets are larger than others. Some sheets rather than being one continuous piece are smaller sheets attached together with a staple. This is done to keep the sheet price closely aligned to its previous price as well as associated with an acceptable general overall pricing schedule.
6. A general overview decal pricing, Non Gold Regular and selected special designs, (retail), prior to discounts are as follows:
a. O-Series, V-Series, Z-Series, ESP-Series: $6.50, 7.00, 8.00, 8.50 and up per sheet.
b. Alberta (Ceram-A-Graphic)
(1) Decals: $6.50 & 7.00 - one color graphic sheets (half sheets when available): Net $2.00 & 2.50.
(2) Decals: &7.50, 8.00 - multi-color (more than one color) graphic.
7. Gold Decals: O, V, ESP, & Z Series (Retail): $10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 13.00, 14.00, 16.00. Some carry a net price rather than discounted from retail.
8. Gold Graphic Decals: a. Alberta Ceram-a-Graphic (Retail): $10.00 and $12.00. b. O, V, Z, & ESP Series: $10.00, $12.00, $14.00, $16.00.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA: Transfers (Decals) for the decoration of Ceramic (stoneware, porcelain, and various other products classified as "CERAMIC"), glass, enamelware, and other selected types of metal. Designs can also be applied to products such as wood, plastic, eggshell, etc. and not fired. Any applications onto non-fireable products may need to be sealed to prolong the usefulness and beauty of the finished product. Safety Precautions: During the application of decals to a base product there tends to be no hazards, when used by a responsible individual, as toxic materials are bonded in order to make the unfired product harmless. Even so one should not put the decal into ones mouth nor should you consume (eat or chew) the decal). However during the firing process, the decomposition of products will include toxic vapors of possible monomers and polymer methacylates, which are irritants to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. These vapors may also contain lead, cadmium or other toxic vapors. Proper ventilation during firing is therefore essential, and decomposition products must not be allowed to permeate in working areas. These vapors should be ventilated to an area outside where no harm will come to individuals or animals. There are also special venting equipment which can be purchased to help in not only disposing of these vapors but also to provide additional adequate ventilation (air flow) throughout the kiln during firing. This helps insure better more beautiful professional finished products which will gain you greater profits as well as much praise.
