Helen Flowers September 22, 2006
Dear Friends,
Our Colleyville book came yesterday, and we are thrilled with it. It is wonderful reading stories and seeing pictures of those we remember so well during the latter 1930's and 1940's....Ann Hardy September 18, 2006
You have done a momentous job on the book. What a nice legacy....Joe Deupree September 15, 2006
The Editors of "Colleyville Then and Now" have produced a rare treasure. They have blended together the stories of pioneer settlers and new Texans in a manner that is both educational and entertaining. They have described the implementation and growth of the city's governmental and community services. The Citizens of Colleyville say "THANK YOU"Shorty Jenkins September 14, 2006

You did such a good job on the history book. Eldon doesn't give many compliments to any one but he said there is a lot of info in there and that it is really good! I know he will read it from cover to cover which is also unusual for him. He has had it so much I haven't had much of a chance to look at it. It must have been a lot of work but you can be very proud!!Joe Reynolds September 8, 2006
As you know I am not originally from Pleasant Run or Colleyville but I have met and learned to love lots of people from there and I just want to tell you this book is the greatest!. I love it, I have looked at all of it, read a lot of it and will continue to do so for some time to come. Thanks for all your work on this book, you did a fantastic job
