HOWDY FROM THE 2001 CHISHOLM TRAIL ROUND-UP
Hello Friends, You are invited to attend the biggest Event of the summer here in Fort Worth Texas. Chisholm Trail Round-Up is everything that you want Texas to be. If you only attend one festival this year, let it be this one! Our organization, The Chisholm Trail Round-Up, Inc. is dedicated to preserving the Western Heritage of the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and the Stockyards National Historic District. The dates for our event in 2001 will be Friday, June 15, Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17. Our upcoming festival promises to be the biggest and best in celebrating the 25th Annual Chisholm Trail Round-Up; our theme this year will be the "American Cowboy". We are already in the planning stage for this year's festival. FRIDAY JUNE 15 Chisholm Trail Round-Up's Trail Boss, Mr. Bill Miller is planning a "New Route" for the Trail Ride, which will include rest stops and lunch along the way. Arriving in the historic Stockyards at 6:00 pm to kick off the festival. SATURDAY JUNE 16 The parade will start at 11 A. M. sharp and will have a new expanding route. The theme will be the "American Cowboy". The parade in the Stockyard will be comprised of equestrian units, sheriff posses, floats and much, much, more. SPECIAL EVENTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES:
