The
Public Works Department is located at 209 Lemonwood Drive and is
composed of the Sanitation Department, Street Department and Animal
Control. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through
Friday (except holidays).
Our
sanitation department, provides all its residents with garbage pick-up
twice a week, recycling pick-up once a week, and brush pickup every
Wednesday (except on weeks in which a City holiday is observed).

Municipal
Court is located at 209 Lemonwood Drive. Office hours are 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays). Court is
held every other Thursday at 3 p.m. The Honorable Judge Ramiro Estrada presides.
Payments can be made by mail with a check or money order. Check or Money Order should be made payable to CITY OF CASTLE HILLS, and mailed to MUNICIPAL COURT, 209 LEMONWOOD DR., SAN ANTONIO, TX 78213. Please send your copy of the ticket with your remittance. Do not send cash. Payments can also be made in person Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We accept cash, check or money orders.
If you are not able to make an appearance on the court date that appears on your ticket, you must make a personal appearance prior to the court date to request a reset. The court clerk is allowed to grant one courtesy reset only.
You may have a moving violation dismissed if you are eligible to take a Driving Safety Course. To be eligible, you must not have taken a Driving Safety Course in the last 12 months to dismiss a ticket and one must not show up on your driving record; you must possess a current Texas Driver's License (unless you are active duty military); you must possess personal current liability insurance; and if speeding you could not have been travelling 25 mph over posted speed limit. Upon meeting all these requirements and paying the court fees, the Court Clerk with issue the proper forms and instructions.
