Permits are
required for all construction projects, i.e., roofing, fencing, plumbing, electrical, swimming
pools, sprinkler systems, additions, etc. Permits are issued Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
(*Permits for Garage sales and Estate sales may be purchased Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the administrative offices.)

Notice
to all Contractors & Builders
All permits shall be posted on the job site or no inspections will be done. A
re-inspection fee of $20.00 will be charged for any job without
permit posted on the job site.
Fees are based on the total construction value of a job. The fee schedule used for calculating permit fees is below. This schedule is listed in the 1997 UBC.
