On May 2, MYO Paul Harryman recognized the crew of NLFW-02, Engineer E.D. Warner, Conductor Jimmy York and Brakeman Huckaby for finding and reporting a gapped switch from No. 2 Main to West Lead at BOP. MTO Gene Garrett awarded them with BOP caps.

Yardmaster Steve Garrett recognized Switchman Terry Tapp who while driving home on May 5, spotted a pickup truck hung up on the track at the Beach Street Crossing, and notified the yardmaster in time to have the crew stop the train. Jerry Adams awarded him a $25 gift certificate.
