Two special guest presented programs at the August meeting of Engineering Service employees.
Pat Boykin, RN, covered her function and role for all Union Pacific Employees. She gave us many good tips covering the human body, its aches and pains and gave us leaflets describing tell-tale signs of illness to look out for. She also told us about influenza shots that will be available to us in October.
Western States Hydraulics Representative Steve Maduda provided us with tips on hydraulic power unit, saws, drills, spike drivers, and pullers and the maintenance requirements for keeping tools in tip-top working condition.
