10/25 Yardmaster Steve Garrett recognizes Switchman S. O. Minyard - FWNP25 leaving bowl, rear car was dragging brakes, sliding wheels, S.O. saw this, got train stopped and taken care of before further damage to equipment.

11/1 Yardmaster Travis Brunner recognizes Conductor P. F Flores and Engineer D. R. Kopplin at Hodge FWNP30, no engines, had mechanical reefers they checked and found fuel reading at 200 gallons, they notified Carman Dennis Carpenter and he was able to take care of the reefers before any damage occurred. .
