1/8 M. A. McKinney recognizes J. T. Rayburn of YD06 for noticing brake sticking on car of ASFW the 7th. He was on his engine but still tried to watch train and by advising us of brake sticking, were able to stop train and set car out thus preventing possible derailment. - Vic Johnston
