Conductor W. 0. "Billy" Percival of Ennis is the son of retired SP Engineer John Percival, and the grandson of SP Engineer A. A. Roberts.
Billy's Sister, Sharon Garzia is an Engineer in San Antonio. Locomotive Engineer L.D. Lewis of Dallas is the son of Former SP Engineer D.F. Lewis and is Grandson of John Percival and Great Grandson of Engineer Roberts.
Mr. Percival's father, R.C. Percival, started work at the Roundhouse Backshop at Ennis in the 1880's.
That is four generation in one family, plus, Mr. John Percival's other son Bob was an SP Engineer in Lufkin, TX until his death a year or so ago.
Dan Reed is a Locomotive Engineer working a Hearn turn out of Miller Yard in Dallas.
