
The Harrison Family has have been around the former SP Lines in North Texas since 1914 when J.L. Harrison went firing. Engineer Elmer W. Harrison followed in 1917.
These two are perhaps kissing cousins of all the current Harrison? Engineer J.T. Harrison's two sons are currently employed by UP: Jimmy Dan Harrison is a Yardmaster at Dallas Miller Yard, and Steve Eddie Harrison is the Second Trick Local Clerk at FDR Houston and was formerly the operator at Belt Junction in Dallas.
Yardmaster J. H. Kid Harrison's two sons are currently employed by UP; Conductor Charles E. Harrison is at Dallas and Conductor J.H. Sonny Harrison Jr. is at Tyler.
J. T. and Kid's cousins are Conductor Greg Harrison at Tyler, and Engineer Wayne Harrison at Dallas. Wayne's Brother Ronnie was a clerk at Ft. Worth, before all the buyouts.
Dan Reed is a locomotive engineer working between Miller in Dallas and Herne, Texas. 4-97
