On March 12, we had a Safety Dinner for in honor of our going 75 days at Centennial without a reportable injury. We cooked about 350 half pound hamburgers and fed all three shifts. We figure we fed about 220 people.
I think the record was 3 burgers, I won't mention who it was, but bring your appetite to the next one.
We will do it again in celebration of our 100th injury free day -- which will be early next month. The menu for the next one has not been decided yet, so let me know what you want.
Let's lead the UP in Safety this year.
