John Willie Francis, 67, a Retired Trackman for Missouri-Pacific Railroad, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at a Fort Worth hospital.
Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 305 N. Third St. in Grandview, with burial in Grandview Cemetery.
John Willie Francis was born Jan. 17, 1931, in Hutto.
He is survived by his wife, Pearline Francis; daughters, Willie Mae Doines, Carolyn Crownover and her husband, Earnest, Lora Norwood and her husband, J.T., Diane Francis, Diana Dawkins and Estella Matthews; sister, Louella Tasby; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; seven nephews; six nieces; and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
