They raised the Railroad 6-feet

In the early 1930's, they raised the railroad 6-feet through down town so there would be clearance and drainage at the underpasses at Main, Jennings and Henderson Street.

Notice the old red brick Star-Telegram Warehouse to the left. The white building in the middle is the old T&P Terminal Warehouse Building. To the right can be seen the top of the T&P Depot.
