Teresa Lynn Patterson, 40, a counselor for IATREIA, died Tuesday, March 24, 1998, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Central Christian Church in Fort Worth. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Teresa Patterson was born Jan. 31, 1958, in Fort Worth, and was a lifelong resident. She attended Arlington Heights High School and received her master's degree in counseling from the University of North Texas, after attending the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She worked for IATREIA, prior employement at MHMR and was with the State of Texas as a parole officer. She was a member of Central Christian Church. She was a former clerk for Union Pacific Railroad.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Patterson, in 1988.
Survivors: Parents, Delbert Patterson and his wife, Helen, of Fort Worth; brother, Joe Bourg of Fort Worth; sisters, Micky Franks and her husband, Dr. Bert Franks, and Jo Ellen Cashion and her husband, Jim, of Fort Worth; nieces, Alissa Cashion and Leslie Mattingly; nephews, Jamie Cashion and his wife, Summer, and Lance Cashion, all of Fort Worth, Scott Mattingly and his wife, Cissy, of El Paso; and numerous aunts and uncles.
