Kenny Day, 33, is an MYO at BOP. He hired out with Santa Fe Railway in Fort Worth as a switchman in 1994, became a conductor and an engineer shortly after that. He was laid-off in late 1995, and went to work the following week with the Southern Pacific in Dallas. He has worked as Manager of Asset Utilization in Fort Worth.
Kenny's grandfather worked as a conductor for Sante Fe in Dallas.
He is a native of Dallas, Texas and a graduate of Skyline High. He holds a BA degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
Kenny and his wife, Kelly, have a daughter name Shelby.
He is a member of the Texas Air National Guard and a Flight Engineer on C-130's.
