On June 15, 16, and 17, at the Brazos Valley Inn, all Union Pacific employees at this away from home terminal location were treated to around-the-clock served meals. Cooking began at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, and lasted until the food ran out on Wednesday afternoon.

The menu for breakfast was sausage, egg, & cheese burritos. Lunch and dinner were barbeque sausage, beef, chicken, corn on the cob, and beans.

Conductor Steve Cosper furnished the cooker and was chief cook. Engineers were David Martinez and Dan Reed.

Dan is an engineer working out of Miller - Broadway - Ney Yard.
