I. We board our northbound train in the siding at Hicks, (Hicks is in ABS/TWC territory). We have seen no other train and the dispatcher gives us a Track Warrant with box 2 x'ed to proceed from Hicks to Chico. Since we will be entering TWC territory shortly our Track Warrant also has box 15 x'd (flag protection not required against following trains on the same track). The signal in the siding is red. Does box 15 relieve us from opening the switch and waiting 5 min per rule 9.17?

II. We are in the siding in ABS territory and the signal governing movemen to the main track is red. We have a track warrant to leave the siding. Do we need permission to pass this signal?

III. Refering to the previous question, if we DO call the dispatcher and he DOES give us permission to pass the signal are we relieved of entering the main track per rule 9.17?

IV. We have a form "A" bulliten from MP 100 to MP102. We have a Form "B" bulliten from MP 101 to MP 103. We find a green board at MP102. When the rear of our train passes the green board are we also relieved of the form "B"?

V. Can a green board ever be used to show the end of a Form "B" bulliten?
